F4N – Getting ready to win work in Nuclear

An introduction to the F4N programme
for manufacturers in the East of England.

Fit for Nuclear (F4N) is a unique service to help UK advanced manufacturing companies get ready to bid for work in the nuclear supply chain.

Tuesday 5 November 10am-2.30pm Hethel, Norwich

F4N lets you measure your operations against the standards required to supply
the nuclear industry – in new build, operations and decommissioning – and
take the necessary steps to close any gaps.

More than 700 companies have already completed the online F4N assessment,
with most receiving ongoing support and development from the nationwide
team. More than 120 are currently granted F4N after putting their action plan
into practice and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

This seminar for manufacturers will help you understand F4N, and the
opportunities and challenges of the nuclear sector. It’s also a great opportunity
to network with your peers. The full agenda will be released shortly.

You will hear from companies at various stages of the F4N journey about their
experience of the programme – including a tour of Proeon Systems’s factory
– and learn of local support in the East of England. You can also discover the
other services available from the Nuclear AMRC, and step aboard our Mantra
travelling exhibition for a hands-on taste of manufacturing innovation.
