SCC -Quarterly Economic Survey Quarter 4

The fieldwork for Suffolk Chamber of Commerce’s Quarterly Economic Survey (QES) for the fourth quarter of 2019 is open. This is brought to you in association with RSM (https://www.rsmuk.com/) – a multi-national network of accounting firms, forming the sixth largest accountancy professional services network in the world.

The timing could not be more important: with a General Election being held on 12 December, the results of this QES will be one of the first key pieces of economic data that any incoming Government is likely to see.

Its potential impact could not be greater. In recent years, the response of the Suffolk business community to the QES has been really high: allowing us to have a major influence in ensuring that the Suffolk ‘voice’ is maximised as the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) uses the insights from each QES to lobby Government.  We would really appreciate having a particularly large Suffolk response rate this time around – to ensure that the results are treated with the full seriousness and urgency they will require.

This QES closes on 28 November.
